Movie Review:
The family moments of the first half do not fully capture you and it takes some time to get into its main conflict. However, once it does not look back. Pandiraj follows the trade route and utilizes its full potential. It was also great to take the sun back seat in the climax and allow the other characters to empty. ET is a film that has a solid message and is effectively told in a commercial way that the makers like. Surya provided an energetic performance as Kannabiran, this role gives him enough scope to bring different emotions to the table. ET is the right star vehicle for the actor and he makes full use of it.
Although Imman’s songs were not at the right level, he enhanced the film with his excellent background score. R Ratnavelu’s cinematography gave the film a stylish look and slow-mo shots were effectively used to elevate Surya’s stardom factor and it was a celebration for the fans. The film has received a lot of positive talk from the fans. Tamil media sources also say that the spear is good. While the concepts shown on the sun and women, in particular, are highlighted in the film, the emotions seem to have matured well. But when it comes to the general audience, it seems that the spear has been hit hard. The film manages to entertain as well as inform with its over-emotions as well as vintage cinematic narration.
